I thoroughly enjoyed my service with Grace today. From walking in to spa and walking out of the Spa I felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating and made me feel comfortable! The service I had done was a hydrafacial which I had never experienced. Grace was very thorough about the session and answered all my questions. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and my skin felt phenomenal!

I had a couples massage through Groupon booked almost 2 months in advance.  My mom came into town for a mother daughter day.  I also arranged my work schedule for the massages since it was a Christmas gift.  The spa calls at 1030 and says we have to reschedule.  I hope they are happy they lost a potential long term customer.  I won’t be recommending this place to anybody and will spread the word about how unreliable they are. Hopefully I can get a refund.  Super disappointed and next time will just suck it up and go to the umstead where they never disappoint or cancel.

Was honoured for the same price of a Groupon to have a half massage and half facial so that I could be fit in, which was lovely. However, that's where my good experience ends. Upon taking my card details to hold this booking I was immediately charged, without any notification that it would be taken from my account, and at $20 more than the actual Groupon rate. Was then charged again after my spa treatment, as no one appeared to be aware that this transition had been made. I only found out I was double charged after noticing my account was down almost $100 more than it should have been. Took me a week of multiple phone calls to the office, them denying the charge and needing to "investigate" the charge further before I got my money back, and only because I had to show up to get my money back from them. 

The spa treatment itself was horribly unprofessional. Both the facial woman and the massage therapist talked to my mom and I about ridiculously personal things. My massage treatment felt more like a therapy session for her than it was a massage treatment for me. Our treatment started at 5 pm and didn't end till around 7:30 pm for a one hour treatment because they were 30 minutes late and talked to us for over an hour after our session. This chat went into very emotional and upsetting stories about both of their lives and my mom and I left feeling emotionally drained. 

This place has a lot of potential, but the management needs a lot of help. Until that is sorted out, I don't recommend going here.

What a great experience, thanks solely to the masseuses! My lady and I went in for a massage, which was supposed to be followed by a steam room session. We were promissed robes and wine. We had wine and a very nice massage; however, a bit chatty. I commend the therapists for their effort of welcoming us and making us relaxed. They were obviously well skilled. The receptionists; however, were on quite the opposite side of the spectrum. (Short story even shorter) unfocused, uncaring and the redhaired lady at the front desk was extremely rude. About the steam room that was supposed to be included, nothing was mentioned...the only reason for the 3 stars? The massage.
