It's a parking lot with plenty of spots.  Wi-Fi would make it great.

It never gets completely full so you don't have to worry about parking. But traffic on the road is dreadful at afternoon rush hour.

Well-lit and convenient. They keep the parking lot plowed and salted In the winter. Two minor issues: a) would be nice to have better protection from the wind and b) would be nice to have a couple other park and ride lots in other locations in town.

It is a park and ride lot. Other patrons are respectful.
