I have been waiting since July18 to have a rather simple repair conducted on our RV. I scheduled an appointment for July 18/2017 dropped the unit off the day previous. Was never called with an update and had to reach out to the dealer several times to find out a week later they had not done anything but analyze the trouble. I retrieved the RV so we could use it for a family outing and we spoke directly with the Fixed Asset Manager, who promised he would investigate our issue and call us with a planned resolution and timeline to conduct the repair. That was 5 days ago still no contact from him and calls to him go unreturned. Finally called back and spoke with service dept to find out parts had arrived but they were waiting for us to call them back. Original call to book repair made July 11. appointment for repair July18 actually repaired Aug 4, 2 hours labour. The repair was finally conducted and they did deduct an amount from the bill to offset the level service and inconvenience. I am amazed to see that until mine all the reviews are positive since ours has been so negative up to this juncture. I would have difficulty recommending this service provider for repair, perhaps their focus is on sales and not service . ** Final Update...resolution was delivered, this interaction lacked timely communication and after several commitments made and missed by the dealer all contact between us, except billing, was made by me. I still think my review is a fair representation of their commitment to providing post sales support. The offer of contact by the general manager was not made on the review until after the issue was resolved.

The staff at Leisure Time RV are amazing. They're know their stuff when it comes to RV's and outdoor power equipment. I have always received true customer service when I visit. When you walk through the doors you are treated as though you're already part of their family - and that is with everyone I encounter. (From the front desk to the sales team through to the parts and service teams) My favorite camping item to purchase from Leisure Time is the Hot Head burning log! The staff help me pick the ones I want and even load them into my vehicle. I highly recommend this RV Dealer. They truly know what customer service & fair pricing is all about!

I am an RV Rental dealer in NJ. While traveling in their area, one of my renters had a mishap and needed help. Even though it was a very busy week for camping, Leisure Time Sales made time to help someone who was not their customer and saved this family's vacation.
