Edit :  After speaking with the general manager, I did get an apology and he assured me that my experience is not one they want to happen. He seemed sincere. Saint John Nissan may be good to you.

My experience started very well, after negotiating for a week I felt like I had a good deal. However, I was told that I couldn't buy the car ( because of a location issue). I then asked the Financial Services Manager if there was someone that had more knowledge on the issue. He said that he was the one that knew it all and that he could not sell me the car. I did some research and had the car in my yard within 5 days with another dealership. It felt like they did not want my business.

I am very happy with my experience at the Nissan dealer and was reassured they have an open
door policy.  Thank you to the amazing Nissan people. I am very pleased and excited about my used

Just bought my 2016 Rogue and service was excellent all around. Very friendly staff and great value for what we paid. I would reccommend the dealership and the Nissan brand to anyone looking.

Worst Dealer in the Area, They never call back. I can't believed  they still in business. I tried two different Sellers, I end up buying my car elsewhere.
