Dropped in to look at vehicles with towing capacity above 5k lbs. We were greeted by a great salesman, Kevin S. He quickly acknowledged that he couldn't meet our needs. A friendly and courteous gentleman, he offered us a coffee while he set us up with a sales person at another dealership. We left there with a good feeling.

I bought my vehicle here almost a year ago now. I was in desperate need of a very reliable vehicle. I called Port City Kia and Adam Smith answered. I have never been treated with so much respect and seen a salesman go so far to make sure I was happy. He did way more than he had to, but that's what you get at Port City Kia! Even almost a year after the sale they still treat me great. Service after the sale is awesome here! Making sure I am VERY comfortable while my vehicle gets serviced. If your looking for a great kia (JDM Power rates Kia as number 1, and what's even more Port City Kia has ranked in the top 10 dealerships in Canada. Once you deal with them you'll see why.Thanks for everything Port City Kia, you do not fit the mold of most dealerships, you far surpass them!

Bought a 2011 Kia Forte EX from Toyota that still had some warranty left on it. We heard a sound when turning to the right and called Toyota back immediately, since that is where we purchased it. They advised us that it was just inspected and to take it back to that garage, which we did and although they stated they could hear the noise, they could not determine it. We followed up with Toyota who advised us the warranty was through Kia themselves and if we feel there is an issue we should contact them. Upon contacting Kia, they were more than happy to not only look at the vehicle, but go for a test drive with us to determine the sound and cause. Once they determined it was a ball joint, they ordered the part and replaced it right away. We had also just mentioned that the exhaust had been running loud, they also replaced this warranty part. They have been great to deal with! The parts and service manager went above and beyond for us and we are thankful for him, and the parts and service clerk was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We will likely stick with Kia when we go new in a couple years also!! Good, stress-free experience working with this location!
