This company is dangerous. They are very unethical please beware. When I began renting a year and a half ago the reviews were horrible. I was desperate and happy with the rental so I ignored the reviews and rented anyway. I have thus dealt with the consequences. If you are a renter beware as you will mean nothing to them once they have your signature on the contract. I haves noticed many emails in my inbox throughout the year and a half asking for ratings. They are desperately trying to mask this reputation hence the current good reviews. Those people will learn later. Good luck.

Calley, our Property Manager is very professional, quick to respond and reliable. As we are often out of the country it's comforting to know that our Property Manager will take care of all repairs and handle all correspondance from the renters. We would highly recommend All County CFL Property Management.

I greatly appreciate the work of Calley and the team of All County CFL.  Since I got my property back in 2011 all issues have been taken care in an efficient manner.  Thanks again for your hard work.

I can't thank enough the team of All County CFL specially Kathi Thomas (PM) for the service I received in my new home yesterday. The team was great, nice, kind and most important in no time they were late nor in a rush to complete their order.  Excellent service!!!
