Waited for 25 minutes as the 5th person in line! One teller working, plenty of other staff,  just milling around pretending to be busy.  This is THE WORST bank ever... and I'm still waiting.

Very nice store, and helpful staff. They are always super polite and try their best to help. My favorite lady is Amber! My life saver!

Every time I go to this location there are two tellers at most and about twenty people in line. You make enough money to hire more people so stop being so freaking greedy and stop making your customers stand in line for an hour! At the very least train the people idly sitting in their cubicles to help. One woman just walked around for about five minutes before sitting down and doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there. It's shameful how you treat your customers. You're like the bank version of Comcast.
