#1 dry cleaners ever. I live in Rockville, Md. But i drive all the way to Silver Spring just to get my clothes done there. Perfect and flawless. Plus the woman that works there is very kind and took my order very well. This woman probably served 3000 people and out of those 3000, 2 people had somewhat bad service. That means you have a 99.93% of getting superior service from here. Everyone makes mistakes, and this woman gave me the best service in the world of dry cleaning.

After we went to pick up our clothes we noticed a bleach spot on a shirt where we had asked them to attempt to remove a stain.  The women working there kept telling us there was "no guarantee" for the stain and seemed to imply the bleach spot was our doing.  She had difficulty understanding English but either way was very rude and dismissive of our concerns and the fact that she had ruined one of my shirts.  We will never go back for fear of them destroying another shirt and would HIGHLY urge nobody else dose either.

:: Nice "new customer" experience spoiled by animal hair on all clothes noticed upon pick-up. ::

Kind woman/proprietor had difficulty (seemingly) with English, but still was nice enough to give us a new customer discount.  However, after we picked up, I noticed animal (dog?) hair on all our clothes, which took me a half hour to remove.  We most likely will NOT be returning here for dry cleaning.
