Excellent service started coming here in 2006 never a problem with my garments

I am very displeased with the service I received.  Recently, I sent them a beautiful blue cocktail  dress to be cleaned.  I was sure to point out the special instructions on the dress's label and was assured that this was something that they could clean --no problem.  When I picked up the dress it was no longer blue --but gray.  Only the blue stitching remained.  My dress was totally ruined.  I asked for restitution for my dress (valued at $200) but was offered only $30.  What an insult!  To make matters worse, I still have not received that money nor the credit they offered in addition to the $30 cash.  The owner/manager refuses to return my calls, has not issued an apology and never seems to be available when I come to the location to speak with him to resolve the matter. Horrible customer service!

Cheap price  and nice polite customer service. Don't expect too much because you pay only 2.25 the service is more than that

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. dropping off is simple but you may want to call ahead for pick up because they're always confused and take forever.
