I've been using their service for 5 years. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. I've never had a single problem. This is a great local business. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, perhaps competitors?

Ok, I don't know what's up with some of these other reviews. I've been going here forever, and they have never messed up a single garment. Not to mention the staff are all incredibly nice. They all know me by name, and ask me about my day every time I come in. They just don't tolerate rude customers very well.

Avoid! I went to a cleaners in Rockville (Crown cleaners) that processes their products at Seminary Cleaners in Silver Spring, leaned that because I had to talk to the manager. They ruined a sweater of mine and got another one somewhat damaged. It was the first time I ever washed that sweater and now it's felting and looking old. It was an expensive sweater!
I argued with them and people at Seminary Cleaners and they didn't want admit their mistake or pay me for the sweater. People I talked to were rude to say the least, they wouldn't listen and they would talk over me. Terrible costumer service.
If you want to keep your clothe looking good, don't go there!

Been using them weekly for nine months. Never a problem. Good prices and service.

One of the workers has a very unwilling to serve attitude when I ask for shirts to be done within x days.There is no basic customer service. The owner wouldn't correct the worker's lack of customer service attitude either. So each time I bring the shirts over I have to basically fight for the date I need the shirts to be done by.
