A-holes. Just terrible terrible customer service. Treat homeowners like dirt, and treat commercial customers like kings. I've spent almost $14,000 there in the last 3 years and still get treated like I'm wasting their time. Bought a Scag, edger, several Weedeaters, chainsaw, chains, blower... I LOVE when I stand at the counter... waiting... to be helped... and the older men stand around talking. If you are lucky to get a young kid, you'll be fine. They are usually nice, but normally do stay there very long. I am a commercial customer, but if I am not in uniform... I'm invisible. Oh, they'll screw you over on repairs too. If you get an estimate for $600, and you OK the repair, if the repair only cost $450... they will find stuff to replace, like a week old air filter, belts... Your total will still be $600. That is not what I would call fair and honest treatment.

Was our first trip to Leonards. Went in with my wife to buy her a small tiller. We knew we wanted a Stihl yard boss. They had one and were very friendly and took care of us in the setup and showing us how to use it.

Two years ago, my husband sent our daughter down to pick out a lawnmower because he was busy. She called and told him what they had available and we bought it. They gave her great help and the mower is a workhorse. I brought it back in to have it serviced a couple days ago, and the service was excellent. I knew it might take up to 12 days to get it back, but I also know it's a busy time of year and appreciated being told that right at the beginning. It turns out I will probably get my lawnmower back a little sooner than I thought. Great service and knowledge is appreciated.

Go to A&B lawn and garden. Commercial or residential customers. Having to give one star rating is one star to much for Leonard's.

Horrible experience. I won't be going back and hopefully neither will any friends or family after I tell them about my experience. Took my 2 year old echo leaf blower in for repair. It was running but on the rough side. They told me up front it would be $32.50 just to look at it. I thought that was on the high side but they were the closest Echo authorized repair shop and I thought my repairs should be on the cheap side since the blower was so new. They called me and said the repairs would be $123.00 dollars, the carburetor's lower end was out. This is a blower that can be replaced for $150.00 brand new. I said I would just come by and pick it up. When I dropped it off it was still running ok. When I picked it up there was a bag of parts attached to the blower. I was surprised the blower was in pieces and asked if they were going to put it back together and was told they would have to charge me to put it back together. That is just complete BS. Can't believe these people are still in business. Looking around while I was waiting for them to bring out my blower I noticed everything in that place could be bought elsewhere at a much lower price. From start to finish this place is just a rip-off. To quote the raven; NEVER MORE.
