They did not honor the warranty of my tire. I had a defect in one of my tires within 2k miles and they told me someone slashed my tire...while my car was sitting in my garage. The Sherwood Les Schwab has way better customer service and isn't too far away. I take my business there now.

I had been recommended to get my brakes checked after getting my tires rotated because of uneven pad wear. The folks here checked it out and said there was no problem, and to have them checked again in a few thousand miles. Thanks Les Schwab.
