I want to say that the manager at the Newberg location is as good of manager as I have seen in my life and I am 45 years old.  He is truly concerned about the customer and wants to always do the right thing on behalf of the customer.  You will not find a better person who is looking out for you and actually wants to make sure you are happy.  Please go to this location for all of your vehicle service needs and you will not be disappointed.  Clint Chrz/ Sherwood, OR.

Mark is Outstanding!! We had a horrible , 1 of many) experience with firestone and after them having our truck for 5 hours and I told them all along what was wrong. I wasn't going to let them keep our truck for another day. I called Mark (Newberg) up at 8 am the following morning. He agreed that was I was saying was correct, gave me a price and had part within 5 minutes. Had our truck towed to Mark and truck was done by 1pm. Getting this quality of service is worth the Tow Bill.

I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was told the services my car needed and I had no unpleasant surprises. I received a fair and very competitive price; the service was efficient, effective, and done in a timely manner. I can confidently say the service and treatment I received was truly exceptional.

Good personnel experience. They worked with me on paying the bill and were honest in billing and examination. They showed me the damaged parts as proof and didnt do anything I didnt ask for.
