Just moved back to Southern Oregon last summer. Got a flat on my AWD car. Which I had no idea you have to replace all the tires in some cases!! Fortunately, they were so helpful and caring that they found the match to my tires and had it shipped.  Was here within a couple days and I was more than willing to wait too.  Service as well as everyone who worked there was phenomenal. Don't go anywhere else. They earned my loyalty for life!!

It is so refreshing to get the kind of service that I grew up with in the 60s. They are customer oriented. They service promptly and efficiently. The employees are courteous and very hard-working we love Les Schwab, Grants Pass.

I had a bad vibration that I thought was a bent wheel. The technition found it was a poor balance job from another store. Saved me from the expense of a new wheel and was resolved quickly at no charge.

The guys at Les Schwab are great! Always helpful and polite. Whatever that Chris is taking to be so happy-I need to get some. You can tell when someone loves their job.
