I am surprised that this store has such a high rating, I have had nothing but problems at this location. When I tried to add my husband to my account two months ago, they had us fill out all documentation,  then when they hit a road block and couldnt complete the request, they did not call or give any other notification that our plans were not merged. We found out when we got my bill at the turn of the month.
I started straightening things out with the main retail location on Beacon, but we needed both of us and my mother in law, whose account my husband was on, to be physically present to complete the request. Yesterday my husband's phone was randomly added to my plan at the request of my MIL, who was the only one present.
When I called the Beacon store I was told that the only way this could have been authorized is if the SisQ store used my expired paperwork to do so. I was told that kind of signed document expires in 30 days, and it has definitely been longer than that. 
I actively discourage people from coming here because the Beacon store communicates with all parties involved, and lets you know if they have a problem doing what you asked. The customer service is friendly enough, but none of that matters to me if policy is being broken. That's just unacceptable. There should have been no changes to my plan unless I was there. I didn't even receive a phone call letting me know that this has been done. I got an automated email talking about an added line. I'm just glad this was something as simple as this and I caught it, so I wasnt surprised with a huge bill. Still, I'm disappointed in the standards upheld here.

Impeccable service.  These guys work under pressure all day, everyday from people waiting and different needs and questions from customers of all ages and walks of life.  It always makes me feel bad when customers don’t show them compassion for the job they are doing.  Sis-q Cellular staff members have always be top notch in my book.  Thank you Nick at the Allen Creek store!!
