Terrible experience! My boyfriend and I did plenty of research on the vehicle we were interested in (including what was a fair price). When it was time to discuss the rate the sales rep Eddie provided us with an offer that was overpriced. We then counter offered and Eddie laughed in our faces. He said "Wait are you serious?" and then continued to laugh at us. Needless to say we left. We were serious buyers and willing to negotiate but we were not going to have someone disrespect us. Luckily for us we purchased the same vehicle for a much more reasonable price at a different dealership. Professionalism goes a long way Eddie.

Got me in when I needed, good job. You were quick too. BUT... I had to ask for a mileage sticker, if I don't know better the 3 in the ten thousand place could be a 5 or 8. The good, better, best squares for tires, brakes, and such aren't marked. I would've appreciate that because the next day my tires read low psi.

Workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy were off the charts. But, I find the price for services to be EXTREMELY high and in the past they used to waive the diagnostic fees and only charge you for parts and labor if you agreed to continue with repairs. I brought my truck in to get a number of things checked out. I was not disappointed with how thorough of a diagnostic they completed. I was only aware of maybe two problems when I came in, but they had suggestions on maybe 4-5 issues. One of those issues I had already knew about was replacing the u-joints, which is not a trivial task as it requires time and effort, but ultimately not a difficult operation. However, to ask for $600 (similar to the cost of u-joint replacement) to replace a mass air flow sensor (a task that takes 10 minutes to complete with a $90 brand new part) is outrageous. So I took that service suggestion and did it myself like I do for most of my maintenance. Thank you.

My purchasing of my 2017 Silverado, at Leson Chevrolet was GREAT. I worked with two professional men, "Tiger" Smith and Mr. Brenner, who were both very friendly and experienced in their jobs. These two men worked with me, making my purchase a great experience. I would recommend Leson Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle! Ask for Tiger and tell him Frank recommends him to all future buyers!
