I requested a mohawk several years ago. I am so happy to be going back to have my hair cut here again. The own/stylist did an absolutely amazing job and listened to all my requests. Sadly, this time did not go so well. Rhonda is wonderful but it seems like she had no clue what I was requesting and when was done I was so unhappy. There were people waiting so I said I like it, paid, and left. I sent an email with photos of the hair cut she did because when I got home I was able to look at it more closely. She did not point the back of my hair or give it a tight fade. She left patches of uneven shaved hair and rounded the back of my hawk. It was so ugly I shaved my hair into a Chelsea and went somewhere else to have them finish the corrections. It was the ugliest hair cut I ever had. THEN when I asked for a refund she said she forgot to charge me for conditioning my hair. Well she never told me it was an extra charge before doing it, said she never gives refunds, but wanted to end this, and had trouble counting tge money to give back to me. I will never stray away from MOXIE again! I am still really upset that my hair is gone because she couldnt follow two simple requests.

We tried so many different hair stylists, trying to find someone who could finally style my daughter's thick, curly hair.  After years of expensive and bad haircuts, we hit the jackpot and found Cindy and Rhonda at Level 35 Hair Co.  They work miracles with curly hair and do a fantastic job with my straight hair, too.  I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been going to Rhonda for years and I've always received many compliments on my cut and color. She is clearly very knowledgeable and always willing to share what she knows about hair health, products, styles, etc. Rhonda is also very versatile and able to listen to and accommodate the varied needs of her clients. I have long red hair that I love to style. She gives me great advice on caring for my hair and styling and my cut and color always go perfectly with my face shape and skin tone. I recommended her to my best friend who has very short hair and doesn't care to spend much time styling it. Rhonda gave her a short cut that looks very cute with her face shape and skin tone (which is completely different from mine) and is very low-maintenance. She recommended one product to my friend and showed her how to create a polished look with very little time and effort. I couldn't recommend Rhonda highly enough, no matter your hair type or hair needs!
