I love a good “bait and switch,” when language is used in such a manner, that you are led to believe something that really isn’t true. We often see this in advertisements; they are a normal part of dealing with car sales. What I do not like is an outright lie. The employment and management at Levittown Ford excel at lying and they are quite disgraceful. 

We spoke on the phone to their sales rep. He promised to meet us at 6:00pm and agreed to an “out the door” price.  Conveniently enough, upon our arrival, the sales rep was not there, and a new salesman had to handle our deal. Essentially, he was hired to negate the phone call we had made an hour ago. He had clear mastery of the language to use to put the blame on us. He used terminology like “totally mistaken”, “hard of hearing” and, of course, he wanted us to produce “written evidence.” Well done Levittown Ford! Your deceit and deception outrank almost every dealer I have ever worked with. They are, to put it plainly, professional liars. Ironically enough, I even think they will see this review as a point of pride for their staff-room bulletin board.

One of two things will happen after this review is posted: they will flood a bunch of generic fake positive reviews to sink what I wrote (look above to see if it’s happened yet) or they will try to justify their dishonesty.

Needless to say, I hate writing reviews like this, but it is essential that word get out about their lying prowess. There are plenty of other dealers you can go visit.

We were coming out of a 2015 lease this coming January and met with Bob Warner about the early bird special that was being offered  in October. Not only was Bob professional, but he was very personable, and made us feel very comfortable. This was by far  our best experience purchasing or leasing a car from anyone, anywhere!  There was never any pressure to make a decision and Bob did everything in his power to get us into the car that we wanted. He did it!!!!  We took home a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer. So, if you're looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend you see Bob Warner at Levittown Ford. We won't be going anywhere else. Great job to Bob and the entire team at Levittown Ford.

I just bought my second car yesterday from Levittown Ford and I couldn't be happier!! Michael Gross was awesome. One of the first things he said to me was I'm going to make this painless and easy. He delivered!! It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Fernando was also excellent doing the finance piece. There is no pressure at Levittown Ford and that takes all the angst off of buying a car. Go there you wont be disappointed. We are definitely coming back to buy our new truck soon!

Levittown Ford is a great place to purchase a car! From the minute I entered the door I was greeted by salesman Kevin Prieto. Kevin was very pleasant , knowledgeable and not pushy. He was patient answering my many questions and made this experience pleasurable.
I highly recommend Levittown Ford. Thank you Kevin!

I am very pleased with my experience at Levittown Ford. The salesman that I worked with, Manny Mori was amazing & made my transaction as smooth as possible. He had a great understanding of the vehicle that I was interested in (and purchased!) and there wasn't a question that Manny couldn't answer.  He's extremely professional, friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Manny even asked his team to order a part for me, and when it wasn't done correctly the first time, he personally fixed it.  Great customer service!
