Great amenities like a car wash , 2 pools and good layout of apartments and floor plans with double door bathrooms. Tansy in the front office is great. Same day service on maintenance problems. Fast and helpful staff. Most staff live on property and very friendly. Most  everything else was excellent.  Blue collar neighbors,  super quiet. Good people.  I would move back if I ever get a chance to work in Atlanta again.

The grounds they use to keep very clean now I see trash all the time they have cut down all the trees down to the triggers took away the character  there's no flowers the grass is dead it use to be green they come and cut seems like every 2days but there not giving it treatment the grass is dead. Also the appliances are all old and 1980 counter tops. You're paying to rent here for old model stuff that includes the gym too. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here.  I put in a work order and the maintenance man didn't even get that right out in a complaint about it but haven't got no response. Yeah it use to be a diamond in the ruff, but now it's just ruff. And see trash out front so often now is an embarrassment and they have the nerves to keep raising your rent high as hell and give you nothing in return. They should be shamed of themselves Lexington.

I moved here in September. I was enticed by the amazing reviews about the staff and upkeep at Lexington on the green. The grounds were well maintained and super clean. The week I was moving in, my insurance was due to lapse on the 9th and my insurance company wouldn’t give me an extension for 1 day so I could move in because a hurricane as on the way. Tansy asked the manager if I could move in on Sunday instead and was told no. So she sat with me and looked through different insurance companies until we found one that was willing to give me a new insurance policy. I was able to move in on time. Within the first 2 days, Rocky from maintenance cane and made the minor repairs noted in my walk through. They are both always very helpful and willing to assist. I must say, the recent change in management has disappointed me. The gates are broken on a regular basis, the trash is out of control and it sits in front of the complex for all to see, and the gym closes when the office closes, so unless you’re unemployed or get off before 5pm you won’t be able to use it. Hopefully things will change soon and the Property will return back to the one that impressed me enough to move in.

Ok, where should I start? Well when we first got to LOTG(9.16) we loved it. The property was clean and nice. The then property managers cared how you felt when it came to your needs. True enough the grounds and  the upkeep with the property is gorge. Now (4.18) new management came in the beginning of the year(2018) completely changed everything. The gate was broke for at least a month and a half. Trash dump was out of control to where the trash was over flowing. Nasty! For everyone to see. They don't answer the office phone( at all). You go into the office it's literally ONE person working trying to handle everything by themselves. The security lights that suppose to come on at night,  doesn't until after. Well I know in my building. I've called and told them that several times. That's dangerous! They have completely piss me off now. Thats why I'm writing this review. I am fed up. Threaten to tow cars parked not to their liking!  Lol. Like that's what your concerned about? Smh. I'm done.

After getting rid of the maintenance supervisor who obviously had no idea to fix anything and would rid me around with his leg hanging out of his truck I think this place will get better. Maria will always be the best. She kept this place looking good!
