First I want to thank Kim & Shena for their great customer service that they give to me & my family whenever there's an issue they listen. When do have an issue it is addressed might not be done promptly but it is done. Thanks for the extra security personnel that's around, I pray that as we strive to make this a better place for our families to save & enjoy our home.

I had a hard time signing my lease. It's easier to go up to the office than calling. The management are kind.

I am a current resident and I have to say that they define the word misleading. The photos on the website are not consistent with all the apartments on the property. The pool was not available and open until a week ago, which is September. I had to wait 2 months until I was able to use the laundry room because they did not have any laundry cards to issue. I used a local laundromat for those two months burning my gas and spending 20 to 30 dollars each visit to wash my clothes & they advertise a laundry facility available to tenants on property. Some of the kitchen cabinets are not useable. I was promised light fixtures installed on the ceiling fans when I moved in and I'm still waiting on that to get done. The showers heads are the cheapest thing you could buy and the drainage on the tubs are horrific! The office does not answer the phones when calling ( multiple calls need to be made) and definitely does not return messages when left on the voicemail. The security lights in the building was out of two weeks, reported by my spouse twice and an email by me before they were back on. This after my car was broken into, costing me a five hundred dollar deductible ( Thanks Top Flight security). The night I reported to police, I pulled up behind the car of security that was supposedly on duty and saw no one in the car and of they were didn't even respond to the officer coming into the complex! No understanding or sympathy at all for the break in, but they sure want the rent on time. A call given to the office and an email sent to the so called manager went unanswered. Just looking for a little time to pay the rent after dishing out money for the repair on my car. Heard nothing but the sound of crickets! But in all, they are quick to request rent payments 3 days after the due date by putting notices on the apartment door. Trying not to let this experience tarnish my look on Georgia as a whole, but if everyone is this shady here, I can't help it!!

I love living here! I have been a resident for over 5 years and Kim and Sheana have been amazing. They help with anything that i need. Even the manager, Frank. He is always very helpful and kind.

This has been the worst apartmentsI have ever lived in the management and employees are liars. My apartment was broken into twice. There was mold in my laundry room took them two months to fix. They claim they have to do so many inspections but in reality they just want to see what’s in your apartment. They never replaced my fire extinguisher. Make sure that your rental insurance is up-to-date because they will never notify you that the paper they have on file is expired they would just charge you $50.00. They need new employees!!! The management before BH were great. I’m so happy that I moved out will never rent in apartment where Frank Reyes is the Manager
