Whoever gave this place five stars Has to work for this property. This place needs to be tore down. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! This place is infested bad. Also dont let the office staff fool you with how nice they are when you first come in the office, because after they move you in they don't fix anything. The ceiling collapsed on my daughter from a leak they patched up, and it took them 2 months to fix it. Then they only patched it back up because my lawyers type up a written notice. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES

I must say that I am very pleased with the Assistant manager Angela.  She could have been heartless in my situation but she chose to have a heart and listen.  She also assisted me with a list of organizations that can help.  They're not all bad.  Give them a try.  Call and ask for Angela!!

I've been a resident here for over a year and I LOVE IT! The staff  members here are so amazing! They're very friendly and always willing to help. I've never had an issue with anything. I highly recommend Harvard place apartments

Danni and Marquisha are fantastic!! Danni provided beyond exceptional service and is truly a sweetheart. Everyone is friendly and professional. Maintenance staff is awesome as well. This is just an awesome team. Keep up the great work. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

I'm so happy we are moving seriously !!!!! I don't think I ever been this happy to pack my things. This place is so overly charged for what ? A roach motel is definitely what it is. 2 bedroom and we're paying 1100 like we're in midtown . It's so much crime and we're paying like we live in a house. Once Nikki left that's when everyone started leaving we stayed because of her dumb management . We have new people in the office every month the lady in there Angela is very rude she definitely does not need to work in customer service. This place is filled with roaches , gate always broke, kids always running around and expensive. Run the other way !!!! Fire Angela
