stars. This automobile sale shop was terrible I've ever met before. I visited there twice a day, because they didn't allow me to test drive even I wanted to test drive. The reason was that I was an international customer who was just arrived in US., but other vehicle companies gave me very kind and great services. And when I went there second time, they left me without any words for 30 mins. I don't recommend to go and buy your car at this sale shop, even though I love Honda automobiles.

Go to Manchester instead.  I went to Liberty to buy 2018 Honda Odyssey. Liberty's price is way over their invoice price. Yet they would not budge on it.

They lie and say they'll match & beat the competion's price difference by 110%. Obviously a gimmick to just falsely reassure customers. Because when I brought up that Manchester Honda's one price/no haggle deal defeated theirs (with same lifetime warranty and all the bells and whistles)...... what did they do? Did they match the price? Nope. They refused. Claiming I'd have to get Manchester to draft a bill of sale as proof of the orice point.

I tell them I need no presentation, I just need their "no haggle price" and I know the color I want. It shouldn't be that difficult to produce the price if its one set price, right? Wrong! He tells me he will tell me which 2 colors he has coming in, which are not the colors I want.  I tell him do not look at the cars coming in because I want my specific color and will have you order it and I will wait for it if need be.  He makes me wait a long time and comes on with some long presentation of the cars he has coming in telling me it took him so long to get back to me cause he had to look up the cars coming in.  Hello??? Did I not just tell you not to waste my time, that I know which color I want!!!! He presents to me the price written on some paper saying they did it special for me. Thought it was one price? Should be typed if its one price for all and post it right on the vehicles instead of these hidden gimmicks.  I could go on on the multiple sleazy steps I felt were taken. 

But in the end, trust me. Do not go here. Just drive 12 minutes further to Manchester Honda. Buy there. That is what I did. They ordered what I wanted and at a price several hundred dollars cheaper. Without wasting a bit of my time. They opened book, showed me typed set prices for each. I said the color I wanted. "We don't have that one here but we will get it for you no problem." Go to Manchester, trust me.

I recently had my car serviced at Liberty Honda and I had a great experience.  Billy Kirby was my service manager and he was wonderful.  I was given a loaner car and he took care of everything.  I dropped my car off and within minutes I was in the loaner car and on my way home.  He returned my calls promptly and when I picked up my car, he had all my paperwork ready with the cashier so all I had to do was pay and again, I was on my way home.  The service department even put a new battery in my key fob and fixed it because it was loose when they gave me my keys back.  Billy Kirby did a great job and he should be recognized for his excellent customer service.  Thank you- Celeste Willard.
