Liberty Mutual should be ashamed of themselves.  One of their policy holders hit my wife from behind (very clearly at fault).  I filed a claim directly with them, figuring it would save from going through my carrier and forcing them to sue for the damages.  I sent a police report and it all seemed relatively simple.  Well, not with LIBERTY MUTUAL or claims specialist, Cierra Lewis....I couldn't even get an email or phone call returned.  And people wonder why our premiums are so high.  I would never buy a liberty policy or hope to ever deal with them again.

This company is a Huge FRAUD & SCAM of a business. Very sad. They do not pay or take responsibility. A large work truck of a company (Blackwell Engineering) they  insure crashed into my convertible & they REFUSE to pay in an effort to save money. Corporate American Greed at it's best. After telling my story it turns out im just one of many scams & frauds......
