In the process of looking for a different company. After almost 18 years (maxed out insurance) with them, home and autos...they are really jacking up prices because of the hail storm a few months ago. They do not seem to care about customer loyalty or only using claims during natural storm damages...very disappointing considering how long we have been with them. I would have preferred to know this a long time ago considering how much we pay them.

Absolutely a JOKE of a company. They are CROOKS! They have so many "loop-holes" they DO NOT work for the customers. They work to fatten their own greedy pocket. This made me rate them at least 1 star. They DO NOT deserve even one!
