Great service. Facility is clean and dry. Didn't have to worry about my stuff at all. All personal is highly professional and friendly. Free truck for move-in saves you tons of money.

I've used several different storage facilities in the past, but I've never had such a truly first-class customer service experience as I did here at Stor-House.  They have a free move-in truck policy, but, since I was arriving with a trailer full of stuff, Will suggested we just mark on the contract that I would instead get the free truck to move out, which they honored, and was a godsend.  Will was extremely helpful, but everyone, from the manager, to the owner, was responsive and helpful when an issue came up.  The spaces themselves are clean and free even of dust, there are adequate carts, an excellent loading dock, a wide and modern elevator, good lighting, and good security.  And, for all that, the prices were reasonable.  The best.

FINALLY!   I have had A LOT of experiences with 'other storage companies' ... and they all lacked in either expense, security, convenience, or customer service - all of which are crucial importance to me.
  Stor-House is very reasonably priced (perhaps even under-priced).  All areas are monitored and have controlled access which helps me sleep at night, since I've had units in the past (other companies) that were broken into.  Great office & gate hours, and close to I-405 on/off ramps. Convenient truck rentals, including free use during move-in.
  Probably the biggest positive selling point though is the service and care given by Tony and the staff (thanks Will).  These guys are the perfect combination of professionalism and down-to-earth nice helpful people.  They treat you with respect and dignity, instead of a potential future "Storage Wars" episode.  
  I prefer to not need a storage unit, but as long as I do, I will use Stor-House  and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking.  Lifetime customer here.
