I love Liddiard. We have one salesman that we go to all the time, and he is awesome to work with, but they are all have been good to us. The delivery crew is great. They are always on time and call before they are coming. They take great care of your items and are super nice. There super friendly personally makes the delivery process super easy. Thank you Liddiards.

I LOVE Liddiard!! Brad and the Liddiard team are amazing, the customer service is wonderful, and product quality is outstanding! We have purchased sofas, end table set, chairs, entertainment center, and a dining room set and I have loved every purchase! Great value for the money!! They have earned my continued business!

This was one of the best experiences we had shopping for furniture. They really made me feel a part of the family and not pressured into making a choice. They gave us the time that we needed to make the decision. We drove all the way from Saracuse and it was worth every minute of the drive. I will come here again in the future when I want to buy more furniture.

Love the compassion and pride from start to finish.... Jessica-sales rep. And The Two Amazing Gentlemen in the Delivery department.... came back twice to my home cause i was unavailable the first time, normally you would have to reschedule!!... BUT THEY BELEIVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!... THANKS SO VERY MUCH!! AMAZING!!

When we found the table, it was very easy to purchase. However, getting our dining table and 6 chairs delivered is a different story. They told us they would be in by the following Friday. We would then get contacted to set up delivery. The item didn’t come in until a week later, we had to call them to figure out what was going on. We finally got the delivery set up and it was delivered. We paid extra to have them put the item together. When they arrived, the table was already assembled and so were the chairs. After the experience we had trying to get the item delivered, they really deserve 1 star, however once the delivery was scheduled, it was easy.
