It saddens me just walking in there , they are short staffed and don't attend to my grandmother when she wasn't able to walk . And she kept having accidents because they didn't come to her for maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour, knowing she needed a bed pan and was accident prone so she couldn't get up on her own even if she wanted to . She was there trying to heal and they ignored her needs and spoke to her as if she was incoherent. I don't wish anyone to go there . She missed a very important appointment , because she was sent to the hospital and , they wouldn't let me take her , once again due to being accident prone . I couldn't even go visit her because it upset me know the elderly is treated more like a they are burden when they did not choose this life to live, it comes with age. I don't recommend anyone to this place . It's suppose to be a job that people care , even if people are difficult , one day you're going to be in a nursing home and I pray you get better treatment then the treatment my grandmother got there , thankfully she was transferred , and unfortunate she passed away from her cancer .

Rude staff, dirty building and it took them 45 minutes to help someone to the bathroom😠

I really don't like being at a nursing home at all, and I dont think any of them would be a good place for me, so I got mad and wrote a mean review. Well, I don't like being here but actually the administration here are very nice to me. They try very hard to make me happy. Cant say all the lower down staff go along with that but I am not easy to take care of. I am autistic and I don't like to be in a place where there is constant loud noise. For me any noise is loud. They television noise from neighboring rooms drives me insane and I get up and scream and curse and I feel angry that I am subjected to other people extending their entertainment into my space when I am quiet and use headphones and do not extend my entertainment into their space....but it seems the television watchers do not believe that TVs are noise pollution, although if I put on my speakers and played music or my game sounds they would probably be the first to complain. They are rude. So all I can say is I am not the person to give a review really, but I see no way to take a review off and my stars...for me the stars would be only one since I hate being here, yet I know that the facility deserves more it is not a place for a person like me.....it is probably one of the better facilities for the normal run of the mill patient, I don't know. I only know my own pain really and I cannot get past that very well. So I give it 4 stars it may deserve 5, I don't know....but not for me. If I could I would just take the whole review offline as I don't really want to review it anymore. I don't want to say good things and I think any bad things I say though true for me would not be fair to the facility....as I am not a typical patient and nothing they do can help to ease my pain of being captive here. I just want to leave as soon as I can. And G-d willing, I will be able to do that soon.

Poor phone service staff very unhelpful unless you call during the daytime. If an urgency exists you are screwed ............
