North Cascades Lice Clinic focuses on head lice prevention, education and treatment. Using only safe, non-toxic products we remove all bugs and nits from our clients while they watch a movie and have some snacks. If you choose to treat at home, we will guide you through the process. We will show you how to use our products and provide a followup check for when you are done.

I'm so grateful for Tammy, she was thorough, helped ease my anxiety and was extremely patient with my hyper 3 year old. I wouldn't suggest trying to treat lice on your own, if you want to get rid of it completely. I learned that 85% of at home treatments fail. It's well worth the money. If you're on the fence about it, just call and talk to her and you'll make the right choice.

My family is very grateful for Tammy at this clinic! I tried to comb my children's heads, but struggling with them to sit still and taking the time necessary to be thorough, I quickly realized I needed professional help. This clinic is so comfortable and professional. Tammy quickly made the kids feel at ease and they had no trouble sitting still and letting her do the treatments. She was prepared with movies, snacks and toys for them. So happy to quickly and effectively deal with the lice. Highly recommended!

I had the horror of discovering lice in daughter's hair. I freaked out, cried, and then I called Tammy. She answered the phone even though it was after 6:00 at night and she was about to board a flight home from Texas. She talked me down from the ledge, answered all my questions, gave me great advice for how to move forward, and then squeezed us in for an appointment the next morning only 8 hours after her flight landed back home. I took my son with us, she checked both our heads for free, and offered a free appointment to get my husband checked as well. She spent the remainder of 3 hours combing through my daughter's hair. She has toys, movies, snacks, and coffee to keep the kids occupied, and there is a laundromat next door so I was able to run our coats through the dryer to kill potential lice while we waited. My daughter was lice-free less than 24 hours after discovery, we had a free follow-up check in 5 days and another a week later. I had a solid plan to manage the home front and I felt way more educated on the topic. Even if you don't make an appointment, she offers great advice over the phone, but she is worth every penny for my piece of mind. Seriously recommend he

My daughter and I had the lice removal treatment. Tammy is wonderful. She educated me about lice so that it was less scary. And she was meticulous which left me feeling reassured. She was flexible with time which worked great since I was driving up from Everett. I highly recommend this business.

My kids and I are from out of town visiting family. Just a few days ago I discovered my daughter still had lice after 2 home treatments of Nix + hours of picking. I searched the internet and made phone calls. Tammy was recommended by a very reputable place in Arlington that was too far for us to drive. She was recommended because of her level of training and detailed work. Tammy offered to see my daughter that night, and check the family. It was so well worth the hour drive from Blaine. Tammy ended up having to spend over 3 hours removing lice from my daughter- I was so happy to be there getting this level of detail! This is not the kind of thing you want to rush. Movies, toys, and snacks are there for the wait, and Tammy and her staff are friendly and informative. There is a nice selection of professional products to purchase for home. I highly recommend her to anyone. Don't waste your money on home treatments to treat these drug resistant bugs- total waste of time and efffort. Having it professionally done is the best money you will spend.
