Me and my mom went to this salon and I was getting my hair colored she bleached and then put color in my hair and said I had to wait 20 min but then another customer came in and I sat there with color in my hair for 50 min because she wasn't going to do my hair until she was done with the other customer even tho I was there first. When she finally washed off my hair color there were spots of my hair that wasn't colored and it was just blonde because of the bleach. My mom said they said that they had the color my mom wanted but then after they bleached they said they don't have the color she wants but they have a color similar to that but it didn't turn out how my mom wanted and she's not happy because it turned a lot lighter than she wanted and she doesn't want to go back and make them redo it because she doesn't want to damage her even more and she doesn't trust them so in conclusion I don't think that most people would be satisfied going to this salon. I didn't see any younger people in there but they never said it was a salon for old people so if it is maybe they should put it on the website and advertisement and stuff.
