Life in Balance Physical Therapy and Pilates offers a unique experience in physical therapy care. Each visit is 55 minutes in length and 1-to-1 with the physical therapist. This allow us to provide the highest quality of personalized care, including plenty of time for assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise instruction, education, and modalities. Our goal is to promote healthy, pain-free movement that is efficient and enjoyable at home, at work, and in recreational settings. We find the root cause of the problem and address other issues that may be impacting the body's ability to heal.

Our specialties include: Women's Health, Vestibular Dysfunction, Pilates-based Core Strengthening Programs, Sports Injuries and Post-surgical Rehabilitation, Spine Care (most commonly thought of as neck and back pain).
