If you have a foot issue or are coming off surgery, this is your guy. 

He explains how feet are supposed to function and pinpoints specific areas to work on.  After one visit I learned more than I knew about my foot dysfunction and it all made sense.

Footworks is awesome.  I took my new bike to Neal last week for a fitting.  He made a ton of little adjustments like handle bar position, adjusting my cleats, putting spacers on my pedals, putting a new seat on my bike.  It made such a huge difference in how my ride feels.  He also took a cast of my feet for custom orthotics and I'm looking to see how those perform on a ride.  

I can't believe I didn't get this done when I got my last bike.  Totally worth your time and money, since most of you who are looking into a bike fitting are going to be spending a long time on your bikes.
