Wayne was GREAT, his knowledge of the layout & unit sizes helped make it a quick & efficient set up. I'm glad that I selected this location for my storage needs as they have air tight security (codes for each entry way and cameras at every turn) which sets me at ease that my goods will remain safe. The staff was awesome, they always are. But do yourself a favor don't bother getting insurance. I paid for over a year I didn't realize one week that's a lock was not completely locked on my unit. It looked locked. I was called I came within 2 days didn't think to look through my items, I had a large unit. When I moved out my outdoor patio set was missing a 40 inch color television was missing and my $200 vacuum was missing. If they call you and tell you that your unit isn't locked even though it appeared to be locked ask them to see the CCTV that was my mistake. So the insurance didn't pay, I had no proof that it was in there to begin with seriously why would I lie and go through the trouble of trying to get my things back that clearly were there. I'm not sure who took my items could have been somebody that works there could have been somebody on the outside I'll never know. But read the fine print on the insurance they try to get you to buy there are quite a few loopholes on what they will and what they will not cover. I'm speaking from experience. Again five stars for the staff and their kindness I give no stars to the insurance they sell. And maybe it would have been nice that the young man that called me and said your unit was not secure could of suggested looking at CCTV. L.Barr. Gilbert

Great customer service! Victor helped us out. He was extremely straight forward, courteous, and was able to get us everything we needed even though we were in a big hurry.

Just rented a unit here. Awesome experience so far. I wasn't sure if an outdoor unit was something I was interested in coming from a climate controlled unit at another storage facility, but both David and Tracey addressed my concerns and were super helpful in showing me the unit and helping me make my decision. Top notch customer service, the place is kept clean, and it helped that this place is literally half of what we were paying in rent at the other facility. I would highly recommend them!

Tracy, David, and Victor are always extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating! I moved my things from a different company, and was thrilled with the service at Life Storage. Definitely a better experience than with the other company! I highly recommend Life Storage!!
