The managers at this storage location are the best.  They are attentive.  There is not a piece of trash laying around.  They are always watching out, protecting their self storage facility and the property of all their customers while in storage.  They go above and beyond to help their customers.  About the storage facility, it is safe and secure.  All units are alarmed.  They offer regular, cooled and air conditioned units.  they also have covered and uncovered RV storage.  And for me, the 24 hour access is priceless. I access my stuff any time without thinking if they are open or closed.   They have it all.  I have used all their services.   FIVE ***** STARS FROM ME.

I rented a unit back in 2008 - 2012 and I concur management snuck around all hours of the day and night. If I was there late into the night I would hear alarms getting set off multiple alarms in multiple locations by the managers. Very strange- Indeed! Not to mention how a fire consumed an entire building, without a clue of where or how it started. I showed up to make sure it wasnt my unit but stuck around to answer questions from the fire fighters and investigators. I didn't see the storage managers anywhere in site that day. The whole thing seemed highly unusual and reeked of a setup, fraud. Firemen never figured out what started it or where that fire started. Maxine the manager is too snoopy if she didn't have anything to do with it I'd be shocked, no I just wouldn't believe that.

Just rented a storage unit today.  Staff is worth their weight in gold!  I hope they make good money.  The front desk lady stayed later than she needed and she could have just said ..no sorry we r closed....but she was more than happy to help me even after 6pm.  Clean place and fair prices.

I have medical supplies in my storage like oxygen I owe a month tent I ended up in the hospital because they won't let me in to just get my oxygen and the Dr said they have to cuz it's a medical supply for my health and the guy was really rude that I talked to I didn't realise it got put in they I can't afford more oxygen all I want is to get my oxygen I think I will just get ahold of BBB to see what they can do
