Rebecca was outstanding! Very helpful and friendly. The facility is very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Units are clean, and buildings are well monitored. Perks for signing up online: no credit card needed; admin fee waived; and I was lucky to choose a unit where the next month is free!

I tried a few different storage unit options around the area and Life Storage blew the others out of the water. Price was very reasonable for what you get, which is a clean, secure and easy access storage facility. Customer service was excellent. Facility was new and well kept. When I went in to sign the paperwork, before we even started the customer service rep physically drove me to the storage unit and showed me how everything worked: the security gate, the freight elevator and the heating/humidity control. I could not say enough good things about this place. I had a very bad experience with Prime Storage where they advertised it as climate controlled but it was not and had absolutely no security and I could tell my stuff would get ruined the first major snow/rain storm. Life Storage is all that it advertises and more. Very satisfied and feel confident that my stuff is safe and secure for longtime storage.

This is now called "Life Storage" and I had an excellent experience here! I went in expecting to pay a lot more for a rental unit. I ended up with the first month COMPLETELY free and a very affordable second month. The place is clean, easy to navigate, and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend everyone else to!

The employees at this Portsmouth location have always been so professional, answered all my questions concisely and always have a friendly hello when I come in!  I give them 5 stars because customer service is tops!
