I wanted to wait until i had the place secure before I left my review in fear that the secret might get out too soon. I looked at several storage units before finding Life Storage. This place deserves its perfect record of 5 star reviews. 
The prices for some units were literally half the competition. I don’t know how but at first I didn’t believe the prices after having compared so many other facilities.
Brand new and super clean. These are still someone under construction but he units that are finished are brand new and everything is very well kept.
Customer service is excellent. I got the run around at several other locations but Mark helped us out in securing a unit and he did a phenomenal job.

Excellent customer service! The associate had all my info that I gave online, no glitches. Once he finished the paperwork, he made suggestions and offered some very sound advice. He was not only knowledgeable, but he communicated that knowledge in a way that I understood. When we went to check out the unit I had rented, he informed me of the operation of the doors, locks, and security system, so that it looks could access my stuff as quickly and easily as if I were at home. New place, clean units, climate controlled, and superior customer service! Keep it up guys you're on top of your game, stay there!

Very clean facility. Excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for a better interaction. The facility is just east of Oracle Rd. on Orange Grove Rd.  Google Maps gives the wrong directions which is being addressed.
