Was told by Penske Rental that we were allotted a storage shed with the rental of a truck. 
Penske called the storage facility, and the gentleman came back out of his office to continue to speak to my wife and I as if we were Penske or trying to pull a "scheme". Was told we were wrong by the gentleman in the office. Flat out, "No, you are wrong. We don't do that."
 His demeanor was condescending and unprofessional 
He kept blaming Penske.
I'm all for doing business locally, but not if this is the level of customer service that is the norm at Thornydale Self Storage.
