Hal was wonderful! Put a hitch did my wires on my 2010 Prius 3 and rented me a trailer to take to Maine a 5 by 8 enclosed within a 4-Hour window!

Parking lot is small, but the shop was well stocked and the employees were nice enough. Didn't rent, but they seemed to have lots of trucks available. They also have propane refills with pay at the pump, which is a great deal and very convenient.

I made a reservation to rent a van over the phone; super easy and quick. When we headed over to pick up the van, Hal, processed the paperwork quickly and threw out some solid jokes. Definitely a good experience!

The people were very helpful! The people at the 1800 number were awful!! The messed up my reservation and refused to fix it when I called to complain.

The absolute worse moving experience of my life. It's been 2 months since we moved and are still trying to get issues resolved. We are passed from person to person, place to place by the Assistant manager at this Tucson location, he never follows through on what he says he's going to do. The manager is never available to speak with. U Haul customer service just keeps sending them messages to contact me. Their regional boss, Jamie, just passed me back to the store manager who is unavailable, again. I would never recommend this I haul facility or any u haul for that matter. I usually deal with the u haul on Ina Road and they have always been wonderful but had to use this facility because they had the truck I had reserved. What a nightmare dealing with these people....
