Was looking for a storage facility after downsizing and tried Life Storage because it was local. As soon as we met Ginger, we knew that we were in good hands. She didn't place any pressure on us and did a fantastic job of matching their options to our needs. Life Storage is very clean, well laid out, climate controlled and very well lit. Highly recommend both Ginger and the facility.

From my 1st visit inquiring about the storage space up until almost a year and 1/2 later. Naperville Location is Clean and Airy. The process of moving items in/out is never cumbersome. The Process has been smooth & painless - Solely due to Ginger. Ginger is patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She is always willing to go beyond and above (in my opinion ) of what is expected of her role. She's upbeat and always positive. She makes me feel as though my items are secure (weird right? but true) When my payments are late - her follow-up phone calls are breezy not harsh.

This is really clean. However, with the new ownership we have seen a decidedly difference in cleanliness. We have been using the facility for two years.

I love this place! I found a place to park my trucks and everything was easy and affordable. Plus the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Great place to store year round! All indoor climate controlled, clean and well lit. Indoor load/unload. 5am-11pm access included. When Ginger is in the office you'll be well cared for. It might be warm in the upper levels during the summer. Always cool in the lower levels. Short term or long, this place is great.
