I have been with Red Dot for a number of years now and they continue to improve things. Renting there is a pleasure! The facility is well taken care of and the property manager is always available should we need any help with anything. All of the people that I have communicated with have been courteous, knowledgeable and quick to help! The auto-pay feature saves me work and that's always a plus! I would certainly recommend anyone in the area to rent without hesitation!

Understanding 'How" to rent the unit was quite difficult as there was no one around to talk to.  However, once I realized the system was a complete self-serve system with an automated kiosk, with a "help button" you can push and get a Customer Service person nearly immediately, WOW it has been wonderful to use.  The units are in great shape and the place is spotless and well maintained. The only reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is the need to improve the upfront explanation on the website on how to rent from your business and the occasional internet downtime the kiosk experiences.
