I use storage for my business and have several storage units around the Chicago land area. LifeStorage in Aurora is by far the best of the best when it comes to service and property upkeep. Debbie and Amanda are very professional and courteous. They are available to help me and always have smiles on their faces, which is so rare in this business. I'm very impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile us customers. The property is very clean and well maintained. I appreciate the extra security and safety at this storage facility.

I looked at multiple storage facilities in the area. This one was the best by far!! Courteous, friendly staff and excellent pricing. Facility is like new and very clean. Highly recommend.

I have used Life Storage for many years have nothing but awesome things to say about Debbie and Amanda. With always having a smile on there faces they are willing to go above and beyond there duties. The building it self Is always clean and with the 24 hour security cameras all over you know that your property is always safe.

My family and I have units at this facility. It is always clean. We keep these units at this facility for its cleanliness, locations and sense of security. We especially appreciate that anytime we have had an issues Debbie is always willing to go that extra mile to assist whenever needed. I believe she goes above and beyond. No matter the issues even when being cussed out by other tenants (seen while waiting to be helped) she keeps her calm and treats everyone with respect. I especially love having the couch in the front. It allows me as a disabled person to sit and wait while other family members are in there unit. Or if dropped off I have a nice place to wait to be picked up.. But the bottom line is, Debbie always has a smile on her face.

Debbie and Amanda were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was an actual pleasure dealing with them. The facility is immaculate. I am confident our experience will be great. Thank you!!
