Big Brother has been moving for Servpro for over a year now. I would not trust anyone else to handle our moves. Cary and his crew are dedicated and professional in handling all our needs. Choose the best movers in the triangle, choose Big Brother. I highly recommend. Thanks you guys!
Cary and his team do a spectacular job time after time. Our company uses them almost on a weekly basis. They very efficent and careful. We are so fortunate to have a partner like Big Brother Moving. They make our lives so much easier!!
Big brother moving has moved me twice. They are very professional. I recommend texting after leaving a voicemail. The owner also helps with the moves . I highly recommend this company.
This is the second time using Big Brother Moving and we were so happy both times. They came equipped with a big team and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They take apart your beds and reassemble for you at the new place. They are friendly, affordable and great to work with. This last weekend we moved and the weather was rainy and horrible and they accommodated that with a positive attitude. Highly recommend for your moves! We will be using them in the future.
They broke my mirror on purchased curio cabinet they were delivering from their store Consigning Design in Cary....... See story below...... Have made purchases here in the past without incident. Latest purchase of large curio was a complete disappointment in the way it was handled by manager Ashley and Owner Mike Peterson. Their delivery service Big Brother Moving which is also owned by Mike Peterson broke the mirrored back while attempting to load it for paid delivery to my house. He called and stated he need to talk to manager Ashley yet he claims he is the owner on how she wanted to handle it. I do get a return call back from Mike saying Ashley refunded my money for the piece. Ashley did not bother to contact me to see if that’s how I wanted to handle it. Had conversation with Mike on whether it was worth repairing and he said probably not worth it but it was ultimately up to me. Call a mirror cutting place and get estimate for new piece of mirror. Then call back Consigning Design to speak to Ashley. Marissa puts me on hold for Ashley.....Marissa, not Ashley comes back on the phone saying Ashley will call me back. Ashley again is the one who made the refund decision without my consultation. Me the owner of the piece because it was paid for days ago. I wait for the call. Two minutes later Mike Peterson calls me back.......AGAIN not who I asked to speak with. He says he called because he was dealing with me. NO, Ashley made the decision. Any way Mike tells me the piece is no longer on the floor for me to see they already took up the street to the dump and threw it away. I mean REALLY?!!? Then when I want to complain he again says well he is the owner and doesn’t let me speak to Ashley who is the supposed store manager. I express my frustration over how they told me the piece was in perfect condition except for a few wood nicks that only needed a furniture pen. Now it’s in the dump beyond repair. He says the “girls” don’t see the stuff come one etc. blah blah. Yet they walked over and described it to me in detail when I was buying it. I finally had to just say to Mr Peterson have a good day and hang up because he was that they told me what happened and refunded it and handled it properly. NO Mr Peterson you need to communicate better with your customers. That is what customer service is about. And when I ask to speak to a certain person then that is who I want to speak with. If Ashley can not consult with customers and speak to customers then she has no business as a manager because that is completely subpar management. I was very patient and even let them live the delivery back a day for their convenience. This experience also does not speak very highly of Big Brother movers either. I would advise staying away from both places. I have been a customer of Consigning Design for about 10 years......most of their stuff is overpriced but something’s from time to time are reasonable which is why I purchased this marked down curio. Now my old one is gone and all the things that it housed have no place. Just a real shame! I could not do folks like that.
As a General Contractor, I have used Big Brother Moving on many occasions. Always reliable, always excellent service! They are my go to moving company 5/5 stars!
