Economy storage is a terrible place to store your things. The manager, Angela, is totally incompetent. They claim they will "beat any competitors price" in their advertising, but when you call them out on this they will evict you for no good reason. They claim they don't raise prices, but they do in fact on a regular basis, and I have the letters to prove it. If you need to call them for any reason, there is a slim chance that Angela will actually answer the phone during their listed business hours. The facility in Henderson is extremely run down. The lights are literally falling off the building. The asphalt is in terrible shape. The building is rusty and leaky. The doors do not seal out the weather, and they do not open correctly as they are rusted and weathered. Sometimes they do not shut right leaving your property exposed. The building has a huge mouse problem - as evidenced by the bait traps they leave lying all over. I've had dead mice in my unit making a huge mess and bleeding out all over the place because they ate the mouse poison. Security here is a joke. They only have one gate code for everybody. That means if you are no longer a customer, you still have the gate code. Also, if you call and say you are interested in a unit, Angela will simply give you the gate code so you can go in and look around without even being a customer. They might as well not have a gate. They do not have the ability to lock anybody out. They don't even have cameras. In addition to all this, they charge more than anybody else in the area. Why would you use them? I was a customer for more than a year, with 5 units, and Angela still treated me like garbage. If you drive through the property you will notice most units are either unlocked, indicating nobody is renting them, or double locked, indicating the tenant stopped paying. They actually have very few paying customers.

Super easy to work with and are super nice. Their website also makes renting a storage unit easy and convenient.

Poor customer service and rude over the phone. There is a reason why it is cheap.

Terrible. The owners placed an additional lock on our locked storage unit, refused to take it off, then evicted us without cause. We had fully paid for the unit and had to cancel a weekend party with out-of-town guests because we could not get to items needed for the party. Very rude, unprofessional staff. Stay away from this business!

No office at this location, but owner let me in the gate over the phone. Signed lease over email, and moved in immediately. Cheapest storage in town.
