Suzie is awesome and was informative and very helpful when I was deciding on which storage unit I wanted. I was doing it last minute and happened to call her after doing an online quote. She was very patient and didn't take her lunch break and waited for me as I was running late. She is an absolute joy to work with and always very nice and friendly whenever I stop by. The place itself is very nice and safe and I would recommend it to all of my friends, family and people I know who need a storage unit in the area.

I have rented there for over 20 years. It is a great facility, good security and helpful staff. Susie is the greatest! I would highly recommend it.

Employees make or break a business. Susie at Irvine Life Storage is great, if I was still in management I would have tried to recruit her. Always happy and a big hello and smile. Truely cares about her customers. The storage itself is all drive up units which I prefer, prices were always the best deal when I checked. I rented a storage unit on 2 seperate occasions. It's not new or fancy but they are cement floors and block walls for the most part unlike some that have plywood floors that give when a lot of weight is stacked in one spot. or drywall dividers which are more of a fire risk in my opinion.
