Jennifer was extremely helpful, made the paperwork very easy since my reservation was elsewhere. She took us for a tour of the property, was very helpful with choosing the right size and other related items. She provided outstanding customer service. The rest of the tam was helpful and Cordial too.

Dylan was extremely helpful and was able to answer any of my questions. If anyone goes in I recommend going to him. He was not only helpful but he was extremely sweet. I wasn’t a big fan of this location but I have definitely changed my mind.

Rented a large unit today.  The experience was first class.  Jordan was extremely helpful and found me the perfect unit for my needs.  It was in and out in about 10 minutes.  Great instructions and an easy rental process.  This location has air conditioning, is very clean and is highly recommended.

Oh my gosh the team at whatney is awesome, they make me feel like family when I come into the office. They totally have all the moving suplex you will need too.

This place was just weird.  I've had storage units at other PS and they weren't weird, but this place was weird.
Pros- new, cleaner than dirty
Cons- hours are till 9pm and carts are I guess a convenience item, but I really don't think this area of Irvine is all so shady that people steal carts left and right.  That's why they have deposits at storages, right?
I think the broken gate for the majority of my 1 year here (8 months broken up) and the lack of cameras on the door area behind the gate is prob the cause of the carts all gone.  So leaving your ID at the office only during office hours to get them to unlock a cart from the front so you can use them all the way in the back b4 they close so you get your ID back all the way back up at the front is ridiculous and not very convenient.
So plan to buy a cart bc they are indoor units and carts are a privilege you have to factor in some time and energy to use only during business hours.  
Oh and the cops showed up every night at nearly 9, which is ok, but chatting with them  and being asked if your vehicle can be searched for no reason is not convenient when you have orders to pull and the elevator stops going up at 9.  This is the weird part bc it's only here at this storage and I respect our police officers and don't mind the extra security but it's only here and it happened quite often.  Maybe the gate problem again...? Idk
The other con was the gate being broken or at least open like it was for so long.  Isn't that their job to offer some code for safety of your stuff? 
Reviews are requested right after you sign up and before it gets weird here.  And it just gets weird.  There are nicer storages close by that after renting at for over a year I feel are better managed and more convenient  to store at.
