I was very pleased with my experience at life storage. Mrs. Jeanne was more than wonderful with explaining everything to me about the property and Charnele was very energetic and willing to show me the different spaces I was interested in. Property was extremely clean and hospitality was great I would recommend to everyone.

When I first utilized this facility in 2015, it was called Uncle Bob's Storage and I found the customer service to be great. Norma Jeanne was a pleasure to work with and most helpful all the time. So when I found a need to utilize a storage facility again in 2017, I did not hesitate to follow-up with Uncle Bob and was told that they would be changing their name to Life Storage. This time, I met Chris and he was the same as Norma Jeanne, a pleasure to work with and also very helpful. I thought for a moment I would always think of them as "Uncle Bob" but now I see that the new name "Life Storage" is very appropriate because they will have me as a customer for LIFE whenever I have a need for a storage facility as they have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend you check them out and is very confident they will give you all that you are looking for and more!!! I view them as part of my extended family. Thanks so much and I wish you well..

I recently moved from Durham to Chapel Hill and needed a quality storage facility for my items. This facility did not disappoint. The facility is kept in pristine condition. What sold me on this particular facility was the customer service I received. They were courteous, answered all questions, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the process of storing my items went smoothly. I would rate 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
