Not only is the facility pristine, but the staff have been so incredibly helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I needed a fairly large space as the hub for my company's event infrastructure which was easily accessible to all 5 boroughs with long hours that didn't break the bank. We looked into several other facilities and nothing compared. We were able to sign a contract the very day I came in to check out a unit and Brock, the on-site manager, helped answer every one of my questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Every time I've been back since, it's been super easy to get in and out, my things feel safe and secure, and the staff on-duty has gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed.

The facility looks new and well maintained, manager and staff were super helpful, units are competitively priced. Only downside is they are not open 24/7 (currently 8am to 7 pm), which I was told was for security purposes as someone will always be there when people are accessing units. Obviously it's cheaper for the company too, but I wouldn't feel comfortable moving stuff in the middle of the night anyway as the building is in an area with lots of warehouses, which must be completely dead at night.

I visited 5 different storage facilities and this was by far the best all around. Friendly staff, best rates, clean building and storage units.

Great Customer service, Brocke the manager gave me a great explanation about all of our options and how we were benefit from transfering to another storage room. He took his time to go over every detail. The place is super clean and lots of lighting prices are very flexible. Totally recommend Life storage A++++.

Great experience at Life Storage! Brock & Mary were extremely helpful and patient exploring different unit sizes and layouts. Modern, clean and well-lit facility is a better value than the older storage properties in the area. Drive in loading dock is a breeze.
