From the very moment I called them needing a free pick up ASAP because I could not deal with CubeSmarts constant rent increases they have been amazing and were able to move me in the same day! Everyone has been nice and helpful ever since but most important trust worthy no hidden fees! 10 years later I still leave with a smile on my face after catching up with Devante in the warehouse or speaking with Inari at the front desk. Everyone always greets me when I come in and no matter how stressed I am from work they always make me laugh. They have boxes, tape, bubblewrap and much more that you can buy as well making my job much easier. I will continue to store my business equipment here for many yearss to come
I have rented storage spaces for at least the last 20 years always having both good and bad experiences. But at this particular place their customer service was unbelievable. I was able to get a price quote and move in the same day. Simple and quick application process. They even have an automatic payment option so I don't have to worry about those Bill's in the mail. They also had competitive rates with near by storage places.
I had a great experience at this storage. The staff are very professional and helpful. Hands down the best self storage experience i have had. I will be back here for my next storage needs.
These People are con artist and I was a loyal customer for 7 years and after finding my storage space covered in mold they denied my claim even though I had insurance entire time and water was in space for months.
If you need a clean place to put your things in for a great price this is the storage for you. Everyone here is always so nice. Lovee the vibes!
