I have been member of this club for a few years now, and I really loved it at first. They have a lot of group classes to chose from (not so many afternoon ones like, for example, Old Orchard facility does on certain days which I would prefer more ). Amenities are great Jacuzzis in locker rooms, awesome swimming pools, great workout equipment ant etc. My biggest complaint at this point is cleanliness. It used to be so much better. I mean it used to be so clean everywhere in the gym and now I think they just clean it once a day ant that is it. It is so noticeable because it is definitely not enough. It used to be a cleaning person always around and now they replaced her with bigger trash cans. For the money we pay for membership I don't think it is fair to guests to walk on such dirty floor ...

Phenomenal gym, but expensive. I love this place, get to ball out in the basketball legue and lift weights as well. Only issue is that you have to drop like $100 bucks a month. Still pretty good.

Terrible customer service. I'm a Lifetime Fitness member in a different state and am traveling temporarily for business. I spoke with the account manager at my local Lifetime to see what my options are to go to a Lifetime out of state. There are no current Bronze level gyms in the area, so he advised that I call and ask if I can use their gym temporarily, and it would be great customer service that he would extend himself. When I called, their final answer was for me to pay them $70 to use their gym for the week. No thanks. That's more than my monthly dues here. Terrible customer service, and no accommodations for business travel. Don't expect much if you're looking for nice people who are customer centric, they treat you as any other "guest" and force you to buy a full-price guest pass. I was willing to pay extra daily fees that would be added to their membership, but not full price-guest passes.Thank god I moved out of this cold and money-hungry state.

What a place to go to work out at in Vernon Hills this place is very big and has excellent equipment to work out with and to injoy a great swim and hot tub to relax in.
