Cancellation process is a scam! I no longer live in the area, and my year long  membership ended today. I called to let them know I did not wish to renew. They told me that I would have to send in a certified letter or come in to cancel. they also said they would need a "30" day notice to stop payment. Long story short they are going to charge me $140.00 to cancel even though my contacted membership is over. I could care less about the money, but what poor customer service. I enjoyed my time there but, this leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Lifetime is a great overall gym! Has everything you would want to have a great workout, and don't have to wait for equipment. I especially like how it has a great balance of weight equipment too cardio  equipment which has an awesome selection as well. Too many gym have so much cardio equipment and lack in terms of weights so lifetime is great in providing plenty of options to cater to your specific workout. Also the food at the cafe here is great convenient healthy, I especially enjoy the protein shakes. The pool in the summer time is always fun! Overall yes you will pay a little more to go here compared to other gyms, BUT you are getting your money’s worth in my opinion if you utilize all they have to offer if not then it will probably seem expensive. I would definitely recommend you check out lifetime fitness in Omaha if you looking to join an awesome gym!!!

This club will keep raising your membership fee. I was a 5 year member and every 6 months they would pretty much jack up the price. I understand for new members but not your existing members.

Was in town for the holidays and came here to use a guest pass but was denied because member was not with me. I have several family members that are members here and all I wanted was to play basketball while my family was working during the day. I even had their membership card with me but the front desk was rude about the whole situation and basically tried getting me to buy a day pass. Complete joke. Understand gym is busy but wasn't going to hurt to let someone play basketball and not even occupy a machine. Facilities are decent but this rant is regarding their customer service.

I've been a family member since 2009. This place was AMAZING when it first opened (about 2009?) and has had it's ups and downs. I think the current GM is working pretty hard to keep things in tip-top shape as I see lots of improvements and regular maintenance that I don't see at other gyms when traveling for work so kudo's to him. There are lots of exercise options (equipment, space, etc.) and it's not crowded too often. The one thing keeping me from giving 5 starts is the fact that I do NOT care for their kid fees or process of adding/removing kids. I have three kids and during school, they'll never go to the gym because they are busy with their own sports, school and other activities.  In the summer they'd love to go play in the pool or other things.  It's way to hard to add/remove the kids so I end up paying for them all year long...which really makes this place expensive for our family.  The food in the cafe is a little pricy as well but it's convenient.
