I would not give Lifetime Fitness any scores is better than O. Customer services was not nicely at all when I try to cancellation my loyalty membership, I came six times to do the cancellation, or even to ask to holed my membership but they did not let me do it. I felt so terrific how people are unexpected and don’t care about what is my situations even I mentioned over many times, but I still CANNOT cancelled or holed my loyalty membership. I would not recommended anyone for this Lifetime Fitness, and if you going to join Lifetime make sure chose MONTH BY MONTH.

We joined when the gym opened, but we moved out of the area with no local Lifetimes close to us, although one is being built in our new area and set to open next fall so we were going to place our membership on hold instead of cancelling. We were told that was no problem they would take care of it for us and then now we are getting billed again this month for a full family (of 6) membership fee so my husband calls and talks to Tyler who says unfortunately it was not a 30 day notice (even though it was 3 weeks notice) so we are being charged another month. Even though we have been living an hour and a half away for several weeks now so instead of suspending it we are now having to pay full price for another month. We were going to just place our membership on hold and pay the $15 a month until next September when the new one opens by us but thanks to Tyler's poor customer service and the way it was handled, this month will be the last month we will be paying any money to Lifetime Fitness and are cancelling completely. People be very aware of all terms of cancelling and all fees involved because they will not help in any way shape or form!!! Not customer service oriented at all, which I know you should expect at some places sadly but not when you have been a member for 5 years and paying for a 6 person family membership costing $165 a month.

member since 2013. recently just canceled in 2017. they will lie about the features of the gym, 75% of all rooms they show on tour are NOT AVAILABLE solo, but must be reserved on a specific date of a class. However lets be real, the real reason I left this gym is locking off a huge shortcut through the gym, the family locker room, to keep non-family or kids out... This WOULD be fine, however this shortcut was a HUGE feature showcased in my original tour and I have used this shortcut every day for years.... I even came back to the door for a week after it being electronically locked due to muscle memory and was forced to walk back around. I tried to run back through from only the pool side, which isn't locked, but after being yelled at twice by employees regarding going through, I decided to cancel my membership. literally, the stupidest thing ever, despite canceling my membership, the next day lifetime called me lettting me know i was banned for going through the banned family room... after I had already canceled....so there's that. After finding out they only locked the family room because ONE man got complained upon, I was confused why they were punishing the rest of us, especially when I was a "kid" like 5 years ago. Do not go to this gym, its more for show, with the majority going through the motions also for show.

What A really interesting story this is... I joined almost a year ago with full discretion up front that I own other health and fitness businesses so as to avoid them having a problem with what I do for a living. Im a personal trainer, nutrition coach and entrepreneur. I own a couple gyms in Tulsa as well as some other health and fitness business and was looking for a place to "check out" and get a good workout in with my friends. So a few weeks ago, I get approached by management and they TELL ME that my membership has been revoked and they need me to leave. Thats it. They don't ask to speak with me about a problem, they just tell me to leave. After prying for more information, I find out that some "team members" told management I was "training people, attempting to recruit and parking my truck in the parking lot" (my truck is wrapped with my business logo) of course I parked my truck. 1. Im responsible for bringing in over $1000/month in memberships to lifetime because of my friends who workout with me occasionally. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. And of course I told management this was the case when I joined and they gladly took my money and all of my friends money to sign up, KNOWING THEY WERE GOING TO WORKOUT WITH ME. 2. My personal training business has 200 personal training clients right now and I don't train any of them...Why would I try to "train people" on my down time during my workout if I don't even train the client at my gyms? 3. A lot of my nutrition and fitness coaching clients go here for their gym workout. A lot of my personal training clients go here for their gym workout. A lot of my meal prep clients go here for their workouts. How is lifetime going to blanket statement all of this and just kick me out? 4. Lifetime knew all of this upfront and now all of a sudden I am kicked out. They take my money for a year, get my referrals money and then kick me out. 5. Management doesn't even ask to speak with me concerning the accusations. Instead, the treat me like an infidel and demand that I leave immediately. I Wasn't even allowed to finish my workout. 6. Finally, probably the thing that bothers me the most. When I asked for proof of the accusations, they were unable to give me anything. Crickets. "I have to trust my team members accusations." I asked her to speak with her team members again because everything that was said were lies and call me in a few days. It took her 10 days to call me back (which was today), but still with no answers or proof of accusations. Insecure much?

It's not cheap but they do offer the highest quality of training in all forms of cardio workouts by certified professional instructors and they make it a point to be as kind and helpful as possible to there members. This place actually enriches my life. It's worth every dollar!!!
